Credit Manager – Manila Office
Course: Business Management, Economics, or Accountancy
Qualifications:
- Ability to apply the basic management functions and principles
i. Knowledge of management principles and supervision techniques.
ii. Ability to plan and organize the activities of others
iii. Ability to get ideas accepted and to lead others.
iv. Flexibility to modify leadership styles and adapt appropriate management approach to achieve goals and objectives
- had working experience in a bank or other financial institution.
- At least one (1) year experience in development work.
- Knowledge on financial management, credit facilitation and investigation, assets appraisal and investment placements.
- Ability to express ideas clearly both in oral and written communications.
- Computer-literate (Word and Excel).
- Trustworthy and hardworking.
- Working knowledge of banking laws is an advantage.
Credit Officer – Davao Area
Course: Business Management, Economics, or Accountancy
Qualifications:
- had working experience in a bank or other financial institution.
- At least one (1) year experience in development work.
- Knowledge of financial management, credit facilitation and investigation, assets appraisal and investment placements.
- Ability to express ideas clearly both in oral and written communications.
- Computer-literate (Word and Excel).

Development Communication Officer – Manila Office
Course: Mass Communications or BS Community Development
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of and has had working experience writing and research.
- At least have 2 to 3 years experience in development work.
- Has the ability to apply the basic management functions and principles;
a. Knowledge of management principles and techniques of supervision
b. Ability to plan and organize activities
c. Ability to get ideas accepted to and to lead others
d. Flexibility to modify leadership styles and adopt appropriate management approach to achieve goals and objectives.
- Ability to raise funds and relate with donor agencies
- Ability to express ideas clearly both in oral and communications
- Trustworthy, resourceful and hardworking
- Ability to conceptualize and compose project proposals
- Have experience or knowledge on enterprise management, human resource management and organizational development.
- Computer literate, working knowledge of computer softwares, maintenance of website and development of instructional, educational and communications materials.
